Cintemani, the all day dining restaurant, offers a menu inspired by the present day Mediterranean region and the Ottoman era of the past. For breakfast, lunch and dinner an open selection of dishes will complement the a la carte menu to allow our chef to use some of the freshest seasonal ingredients.
The Lobby Lounge :
The Lobby Lounge is a venue to relax and meet friends while overlooking the magical Bosphorus Straits, enjoying light music and sampling an afternoon tea or evening cocktail. Hand woven kilim carpets, Turkish marble, and comfortable seating, flooded with natural daylight during the day and discreetly lit with candles in the evening, combine to create a warm and soothing ambience.
RC Bar, decorated with beautiful wood paneling, offers an exclusive collection of single malt whiskies and an extensive selection of fine cigars. For after dinner conversation or early evening enjoyment, the RC Bar provides a quiet and comfortable setting.
Guney Park :
Guney Park is famous for a vast and unusual selection of ice cream flavors, distinctive ice coupes and a unique water menu. Set on an outdoor terrace, Guney Park offers stunning views over the Bosphorus and outlying Princess Islands.
Conference & Facilities :
Over 1773 square meters of meeting and function rooms including a 705-square-meter Grand Ball Room (divisible into 3 sections) without columns and six separate meeting rooms inclusive of a permanent boardroom. The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom is able to accommodate up to 600 guests. The prefunction and most meeting rooms have windows overlooking the Bosphorus. All meeting areas are equipped with state of the art audio-visual conference technology.
